實(shí)驗(yàn)原理：
BlotGlyco? beads含有高密度的酰肼基團(tuán)：
*步：聚糖純化：beads上的酰肼基團(tuán)與樣品中的聚糖共價(jià)結(jié)合，達(dá)到純化聚糖，去除蛋白、DNA等雜質(zhì)的作用；
第二步：聚糖標(biāo)記與分析：捕獲的聚糖進(jìn)而（經(jīng)相應(yīng)試劑標(biāo)記）用于MALDI-TOF-MS或HPLC分析。
A. MALDI-TOF-MS分析：標(biāo)簽aoWR（試劑盒中含有的*的標(biāo)記試劑）通過(guò)-ONH2與聚糖結(jié)合，從而使其從beads上脫離下來(lái)，再用MALDI-TOF MS（基質(zhì)輔助激光解吸電離飛行時(shí)間質(zhì)譜）檢測(cè)聚糖的類型與含量，靈敏度高。
B. HPLC (或LC-MS)分析：溫和酸性條件下洗脫聚糖，用熒光標(biāo)記試劑，如2AB (2-aminobenzamide)，PA (2-aminopyridine)，2AA (2-aminobenzoic acid)等結(jié)合洗脫下的聚糖，再用HPLC、LC-MS檢測(cè)聚糖的類型與含量。
